Comprehensive care.
Integrated services.

We strive to build strong, continuous patient-provider relationships.

“At CVFP we work towards improving health outcomes by building long-term, continuous relationships with patients. Research and patient experience show that a strong, patient-provider relationship over time is central to good health.  Whole person care is at the centre of our patient-provider relationships; care is provided holistically, including guidance and support throughout the patient’s health journey."

- Dr. Janet Reynolds, CVFP Physician and Medical Director

Appointments

When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with reception. An illness screening will be completed.

CVFP is a teaching clinic. You may be seen by a medical student or a family medicine resident in addition to your doctor.

Need to Cancel or Running Late? We know that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Ideally, we would appreciate a 24-hour notice if you cannot make your appointment. We understand that this is not always possible, however, it does allow us to free-up your visit time for another patient. If you’re going to be late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. In some cases, there may be a delay or you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
